• Pay fees as agreed upon in the service agreement

• Maintain confidentiality of your client portal credentials

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are as quoted and agreed upon before commencement of services. Government fees, official charges, and out-of-pocket expenses are charged separately and at actuals. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Madaliya Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for decisions made by government authorities regarding trademark, patent, or company registration applications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Madaliya Associates and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
